Diversity is not a one time training topic. It is a mindset, and a way of doing business. You can have diversity by numbers, and think your organization is doing well, but success is when you are able leverage the  diverse skills, and experience of each employee, to grow your business.
That means that leadership coaching, or research includes a diversity perspective. If you discount the different needs, norms and names of people in your market will be very small. You’ll have no market.
