Lifework Balance / Job Stress Mangement Workshops
Stress management is an important factor of a healthy lifework balance. There is conclusive evidence that stress from work, personal life stress and lifestyle are directly related to high levels of employee burnout, health and performance problems. This, of course, translates into loss of money (profit, sick days, and disability) and productivity for organizations.
Simma is a former workaholic who suffered from stress headaches, chain smoked three packs of cigarettes a day while drinking 12 cups of coffee a day. During that time she gained over 90 pounds in one year from stress eating. She now works out regularly, is a nonsmoker and doesn't need the caffeine boost to get through her day. Simma Lieberman has learned to balance the pressures of work. personal life, and family and teaches people across the country to do the same.
