As changes in the job market have challenged graduating students, college
campuses are recognizing the need to give students a competitive edge
to survive in the working world. Through on-campus workshops and speeches,
students can gain practical training and tools to prepare them for careers
in any field. These educational supplements are invaluable to students
who graduate with a better understanding of themselves, the job market,
and the working world.
Simma speaks to college students all over the nation about what it

which toured through college campuses and coached college students on
how to make their undergraduate experiences count toward a career. Her
current college campus series features the programs detailed above,
which are known to be effective learning tools delivered in a down-to-earth

Testimony on Simma's College Series:
"Your session was marvelous and the
evaluations reflect not only how much the students enjoyed your workshop,
but also what they learned from you. Your interactive style and the
information presented in the workshop made for a valuable experience.
Some of the students' comments were: "The workshop kept me alert
for 2 hours, excellent presenter.", "Great public speaker!", "She is
very good in presenting the topic about balancing life. She has good
activities (breathing technique) and great energy." ·Clearly from
the results of the student evaluations, it would be a pleasure to have
you present another seminar to our students."
