The 21th century has been called the age of anxiety. Stress related diseases are on the increase. It is estimated that 85% of the mental and physical ailments today are related to stress. Some of these are more serious than others. Some of the seemingly minor ones are actually warning sings of excessive stress that can lead to more serious ailments. The following are signs of stress. Often, people have these ailments or symptoms, but do not recognize them as signs of stress.
